Flavor, Tradition & Affection.
The pizzeria is named after Léo’s father, who was known as “Big Uncle” among family and friends. The smile on the face and the affectionate hugs should be represented in colours and shapes in the logo, packaging and visual identity of the project, reinforcing the family tradition with classic Italian cuisine.
The simple, caricatured features of the face were hand-drawn and finalized on the computer, blending illustration with design in a functional way with a typography that also blends tradition with comic details.
